Beyond that, I have nothing to add to your analysis--except an observation: some of the vice-president's most persistent critics have been other women. Obviously, women--like men--can be found across the ideological spectrum, but I had hoped to see the majority line up behind Harris much like the Black community closed ranks around Obama. I don't see that yet, but it might still happen.
