The Ethical Will of Donald Armstrong, Part 3

It seems that some children are born to follow the rules, while others are destined to break every one. I fell squarely into the first camp. In fact, I carried that trait well into my adult years. Years ago, as an executive in a small, social service agency, I stumbled across a self-assessment form which was copyrighted as the Personal Interaction Inventory. It gave me the opportunity to document or certify my tendency to adhere to the rules and regulations that applied to my chosen career.
The form had four verticle rows, side by side with twenty words in each row. The top row is shown below:

To complete the assessment, the subject would look at each horizontal row of adjectives and place the number “4” in front of the word which he or she believed best described how he or she behaved in the work place. Then the subject would look at the three remaining adjectives and again choose the one that seemed to best fit him or her, placing a “3” before it.
